When ConsultKAP is NOT the Listing Broker, we can co-broker with most of the professional brokers in the market, and represent you as a Buyer's Broker, providing invaluable expertise in your business search, business assessment process, financing, negotiation and closing activities. Or we can act as a transaction broker,  not providing any agency level services.

If ConsultKAP is the Listing Broker, (representing the seller) we still promise to treat you as a valued customer-- with honesty, fairness and accuracy in all our dealings. Or one agent in the firm can represent you as the  buyer and one agent will continue to represent the seller, called Designated Agency in GA.
