For buyers & investors

Acquire with real diligence, not someone else’s optimism

Buying well is a search problem and a diligence problem. We help you solve both, and we will tell you plainly when a deal is not worth doing.

Buyer services

From blank search criteria to first hundred days

Acquisition search

Defined criteria and proprietary outreach across the wider Georgia market, including owners who have not yet decided to sell.

Independent valuation review

A second opinion on the asking price, built from the same recast-earnings discipline we apply on the sell side.

Diligence support

Customer concentration, owner dependency, deferred maintenance, working capital. What to verify before the LOI and what can wait.

Financing introductions

Relationships with SBA lenders, conventional banks and seller-note structures, matched to the deal rather than the other way round.

Offer & structure

Letter of intent support, earn-out and seller-note structuring, and the allocation questions that decide your tax bill.

Transition planning

Handover of relationships, staff communication and a first-hundred-days plan so the value you paid for does not walk out of the door.

Buyer questions

What buyers ask us first

What size businesses do you represent?

Our recent closings range from roughly $400,000 to $11.9 million in annual revenue, primarily in industrial and professional services, plus healthcare practices and distribution.

Do I pay a fee as a buyer?

On brokered listings the seller pays the commission. Where we act as your buy-side advisor on a search engagement, fees are agreed in writing before any work begins.

How much capital do I need?

It depends on structure. SBA acquisition financing frequently allows a down payment well below the purchase price, and seller notes often cover part of the balance. We will model it with you honestly.

Can I see listings before they are public?

Yes. Registered buyers hear about off-market and pre-launch opportunities before they are advertised. Register as a buyer.

Will you tell me not to buy something?

Regularly. Most of our business arrives through repeat clients and referrals, which only happens if we are willing to talk people out of bad deals.
